"How to recover the company's losses from customers" is a question that Chen Guoji has been thinking about. Since 2022, the total amount of the difference between the production management of Minth Machinery and the abnormal reconciliation of customers has reached about $700,000. This problem is like a huge stone pressing on Chen Guoji's mind. In order to solve the abnormal reconciliation of Yanfengcustomers, he stayed in the financial sharing center of the headquarters building for four consecutive days and organized members to collect the original documents signed by customers. The documents for the past two years have been checked month by month. He combed through all the relevant accounting records and did not overlook anydetails. He visited customers many times, hoping to find the root of the problem. In many rounds of meetings with customers, he explained in detail the context of each account, using facts and data to communicate. The chain of evidence was sufficient to convince customers to finally agree to effective settlement, which saved nearly $700,000 in losses for the company. When customers settling smoothly, they are very excited and have a sense of achievement, and feel that it is worthwhile to pay."
Now he is thinking, "How to avoid the emergence of abnormal reconciliations and address the issue proactively. After these abnormal reconciliations, Chen Guoji began to summarize and reflect on methods to enhance the abnormal reconciliation process. Members are instructed to consistently archive and manage key customer receipts. This will facilitate prompt resolution when abnormal reconciliations arise in the future.

Zhao Yijie, as a product sponsor engineer, knows that at this juncture, time is everything. He tried to contact other departments by phone and instant message, but often got a busy response or a waiting silence.
He gave up his rest time and went directly to various departments to find the key people, and waiting was no longer an option. In the production management department, he patiently explained the urgency of color debugging; In the conference room of the paint supplier, he discussed the choice of materials in detail; In the production workshop, he checks the equipment with the workers to ensure that every step can be carried out accurately. Every face-to-face communication is a process of understanding and being understood. He also organized a multi-party on-site exchange meeting, inviting representatives of paint suppliers, production management, technology, production, quality assurance and other departments to participate. In these meetings, they are no longer just exchanging files and data, but actually sharing ideas and solutions.
Zhao Yijie's change, like a stone thrown into the lake, stirred up ripples round and round, and gradually spread. It has established a bridge of communication with different departments bit by bit.

As the core figure of the two-color injection molding department, Li Yinfeng's daily work revolves around the eight busy production lines. Every time he packs and distributes, he always plans ahead and meticulously, and he is like a patron saint. Ensure that materials always arrive at the production line accurately and in advance, paving the way for the smooth operation of production.
He was eager to have a deeper understanding of every link of production, and Li Yinfeng went into the production site to find the answer with the roar of the machine. He has a detailed understanding of the completion of each production line, the number of production, the number of packing boxes, the delivery difference and the use of the material for changing the mould. These seemingly trivial information provide strong data support for the smooth progress of production.
In July 2024, the number of orders originally planned for the SX11 series rose sharply from 3000 to 7000. This change has undoubtedly put tremendous pressure on production and supply chains. In order to ensure the normal delivery of 720 sets of products the next day, Li Yinfeng took the initiative to take on the responsibility of calculating on-site inventory. It was found that 3000 sets of auxiliary accessories were in stock in the warehouse. In order to maximize the use of existing resources, we not only focus on the number of stocks, but also deeply analyze the matching of various accessories. He realized that only by distributing the existing accessories equally to each product can he ensure the smooth completion of each set of products. He took the initiative to contact the production management to integrate the scene. His feedback is like timely rain, which provides valuable reference for the adjustment of production plan and the handling of exceptions.
He realized that both life and work need to move forward step by step, although each step is small. But they are all important links to success. He learned to find balance in busyness, find opportunities in challenges, and pursue excellence in details.
