由利元亨总冠名的第九届动力电池应用国际峰会(CBIS2024)圆满落幕

2024年11月18日至20日,由中国化学与物理电源行业协会与电池中国网联手主办的“第九届动力电池应用国际峰会(CBIS2024)”在上海盛大举行。此次峰会以“向新·融合——开创产业合作新时代”为主题,吸引了众多行业精英参与。其中参会嘉宾包括中国化学与物理电源行业协会秘书长王泽深先生、动力电池应用分会秘书长张雨女士、中国科学院院士成会明先生和孙世刚先生、动力电池应用分会理事长刘金成博士、中国汽车技术研究中心首席科学家王芳博士、王瑀博士、曹辉博士、胡启朝博士、林建博士等多位国内行业领导和专家。此外,还有中国科学院和中国工程院的多位院士,以及来自瑞典、斯洛伐克、菲律宾、墨西哥、德国等国家的驻华使领馆或相关机构的官员和产业链企业驻华代表等国内外500余位嘉宾与会。


作为本次峰会的总冠名商,利元亨在多个重要环节中展现了其在新能源行业的卓越成就。



11月18日,利元亨副董事长卢淼在发言中提到,今年大会的主题是向新、融合,开创产业合作新时代,借这个主题,聊聊利元亨的现在和未来。

 众所周知 ,当下的新能源产业正处于洗牌的深水区。无论新能源车企、电池、材料还是装备企业。 

•  所以很多朋友都在关心利元亨到底能不能够活得下去。而这个问题其实也是周董和我、还有我们决策团队每天都在问自己的问题。 

 从前三季度财报数据来看 ,利元亨正在面临巨大的挑战。但是数据背后,利元亨也正在用强韧向上的力量与破局向新的智慧, 围绕产品结构、客户结构、组织结构、运营能力做基本功磨练,我们正在走出至暗时刻。
 
 “生于忧患、死于安乐”,所以从某种角度,适度竞争(中度内卷)正在逼着我们做更好的自己。 

 拿创新来讲,我们围绕 7 大平台技术也可谓“根技术”一直在深耕。如感知检测、高速高精控制、人工智能、激光技术、真空技术、视觉技术、数字化信息化技术等持续投入。在这方面,利元亨非常舍得花钱。 

 另外,我们研究院也设立了多个与电池工艺和装备研究有关的实验室、 搭建了方壳、圆柱、软包验证线, 也设立了视觉实验室、激光实验室、电源测控实验室、软控平台以及 AMR、CTU、 移动机器人 的 training 场等。 

 与此同时,与动力电池相关的装备产品如涂布机、叠片机、组装线、化成检测、智慧仓储物流这 5 款核心产品也在不断迭代,并且要求我们团队务必要做到技术领先和成本有竞争力。除此以外,公司在固态电池的整线装备开发方面也已经耕耘 3.4 年。最近也刚刚收到了国内某头部企业的 PO 订单。 

 除了中国,我们也为全球 15个国家的客户提供了装备和技术服务 (美国、加拿大、日本、韩国、匈牙利、德国、波兰、印尼、越南、泰国、印度、塞尔维亚、法国、英国、土耳其)。当然这里面也有过往我们在汽车部件方面的一些装备出口。 

近年来,利元亨不仅与大众、三星、福特、日本爱信、LG、SkOn、AESC、BWA、AMP、M&M、MVST、RPES、等国际知名企业建立了稳固的合作关系,还屡次获得ATL、比亚迪、CATL、广汽、长安汽车、国轩高科、欣旺达、力神电池、清陶能源、耀宁科技等头部企业的PO订单。 

 我认为,中国装备的国际化道路才刚刚开始。毕竟中国的新能源汽车产业才发展十几年, 而一个成熟的科技产业至少要有30年-40 年 甚至更长的周期, 所以我们正当少年。 

 当然,在保护主义蔓延、世界经济碎片化加剧、产业环境还是有一些割裂和不顺畅。在国际舞台上,我们产业链上的所有环节都是重要参与者,甚至领跑者。所以,我们肩负责任,要去构建我们中国新能源产业企业在全球各国面前的“共同体”画像。我们要为我们共同的目标携手共进。所以今年峰会主题提出“向新、融合,开创产业合作新时代”正恰逢其时! 

  利元亨会在这个新的阶段扮演一个更有活力 、更加包容 、更加开放的角色, 与我们的中国同行们,不是只竞争,只争夺空间, 而是以一种包容的方式来共建我们的空间,让所有人都能获得需要的东西。 

 如果不对竞争观念进行适当的批判,它就会把我们变得崇尚个人主义, 让我们的眼里不再有共同利益。所以我斗胆邀请所有的台下的朋友们共同思考一个和谐的、真正繁荣的新能源产业的未来。在这个未来世界中,我们可以共享劳动成果,实现与追求领先技术、新能源带来美好生活, 且各方应该获取必要利益的深刻变革。 

 我们将中国锂电装备打出如当年日本制造、德国制造一样的杠杠的中国制造名片。我们将中国新能源汽车,新能源电池,新能源材料,新能源装备都印上 first one 标签。

当天下午,在“先进电池技术及应用”专题论坛上,利元亨研究院院长杜义贤博士以《固态电池工艺解析及整线装备》为题进行了精彩演讲,深入剖析了固态电池制造的关键技术及其解决方案。

杜院长详细介绍了利元亨在固态电池制造领域的创新技术方案,包括从实验线到中试线的全流程覆盖。特别是针对干法电极技术,利元亨攻克了材料均匀性和一致性的难题,自主研发了核心装备,显著增强了电极性能。利元亨的电极辊压与电解质热复合一体机集成了多项功能,不仅提升了电池能量密度、充放电效率和循环寿命,还保证了电解质层的均匀性和密合度,增强了离子导电能力。此外,利元亨还推出了一体化的胶框印刷和叠片机以及高效的高压化成分容设备,这些设备均符合大规模生产的高标准,同时也注重安全防护设计。



在19号下午的企业新技术/新产品发布会中,利元亨杜院长以《智造创零碳未来》为主题,全面展示了利元亨在液态电池设备、固态电池设备、激光设备、汽车部品、智能仓储以及海葵制造等多个领域的创新成果。


此次峰会为利元亨等新能源企业搭建了一个宝贵的交流平台,促进了知识共享和技术革新。展望未来,利元亨将继续坚持“智造创零碳未来”的理念,深化产业布局,增加智能制造领域的投入,推动国产装备走向世界,立志成为全球领先的智能装备制造企业,不断探索智能装备制造的新高度。



The 9th International Summit on Power Battery Applications (CBIS2024), with Lyric as title sponsor, has come to a successful conclusion

The 9th International Summit on Power Battery Applications (CBIS2024), jointly organized by CIAPS and CBEA, was held in Shanghai. With the theme of ‘New · Integration - Creating a New Era of Industrial Cooperation’, the summit attracted the participation of various industry elites during November 18th to 20th, 2024. Guests included Mr. Wang Z., Secretary General of CIAPS; Ms. Zhang Y., Secretary General of Power Battery Application Branch; Mr. Cheng H. and Mr. Sun S., Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences; Dr. Liu J., Chairman of Power Battery Application Branch; Dr. Wang F., Dr. Wang Y., Dr. Cao H., Dr. Hu Q., Dr. L., Chief Scientist of CATARC, and other industry leaders and experts in China. Furthermore, multiple academicians from the CAS and CAE, as well as officials from the embassies and consulates of Sweden, Slovakia, the Philippines, Mexico, Germany and other countries, and the representatives of industrial chain enterprises in China, and more than 500 guests from domestic and overseas attended the conference.

As the title sponsor of the summit, Lyric demonstrated its outstanding achievements in the new energy industry in multiple important sessions.

On November 18th, Ms. Lu Miao (Louise), Vice-president of Lyric, mentioned that the theme of this year's conference is "New, Integration, Creating a New Era of Industrial Cooperation", and would like to talk about the present and future of Lyric with this theme.

As we all know, the current new energy industry is in the deep water of reshuffling, whether it is new energy vehicle enterprises, batteries, materials or equipment enterprises.

That's why many people are concerned about whether Lyric can survive or not. As a matter of fact, this is the same question that Mr. Zhou, President of Lyric, and I, as well as our decision-making team, are asking ourselves every day.

According to the financial report data from the first three quarters, Lyric is facing great challenges. However, behind the data, Lyric is also using the strength of toughness and upward force with the wisdom of breaking into a new situation. Around the product structure, customer structure, organizational structure, operational capacity to do basic honing, we are now coming out of the darkest moment.

"Thrive in calamity and perish in comfort ", so in a way, moderate competition (moderate involution) is forcing us to be better versions of ourselves.

In terms of innovation, we have been deeply cultivating around 7 platform technologies, which can also be called "root technologies". For instance, we have been investing in perception and detection, high-speed and high-precision control, artificial intelligence, laser technology, vacuum technology, vision technology, digital information technology, etc. In this regard, Lyric is very willing to spend money.

Moreover, our research institute has set up several laboratories related to battery process and equipment research, built prismatic, cylindrical and pouch cell verification line, as well as set up a vision laboratory, laser laboratory, power measurement and control laboratory, software control platform, and AMR, CTU, mobile robot training field, etc.

In the meanwhile, the power battery related equipment products such as coating machine, stacking machine, assembly line, formation testing, intelligent warehousing and logistics of the 5 core products are also constantly iterating, and our team is required to be technologically advanced and cost-competitive. In addition, the company in the solid-state battery line equipment development has been cultivated for 3.4 years. Recently, we have just received a purchase order from a leading company in China.

In addition to China, we also provide equipment and technical services to customers in 15 countries around the world (US, Canada, Japan, Korea, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Serbia, France, UK, Turkey). Of course, this also includes some of our past exports of equipment for automotive components.

In recent years, Lyric has not only established solid cooperative relationship with international famous enterprises such as Volkswagen, Samsung, Ford, Japan Aisin, LG, SKon, AESC, BWA, AMP, M&M, MVST, RPES, etc., but also repeatedly obtained purchase orders from leading enterprises such as ATL, BYD, CATL, GAC, Chang'an Automobile, Gotion, Sunwoda, Lishen Battery, SVOLT, Qingtao Energy, Yaoning Science & Technology, etc.

In my opinion, the internationalization of Chinese equipment has just begun. After all, China's new energy automobile industry has only been developed for more than a decade, while a mature technology industry has to have a cycle of at least 30-40 years or even longer, so we are just a ‘teenager’.

Of course, the industrial environment is still a bit fragmented and unsmooth due to the spread of protectionism and the increasing fragmentation of the world economy. In the international arena, all the links in our industry chain are important participants, or even leaders. Therefore, we have the responsibility to build a "community" image of China's new energy industry enterprises in front of the world. We have to work together for our common goal. Thus, the theme of this year's summit, "New, integration, creating a new era of industrial cooperation" is timely.

Lyric will play a more dynamic, inclusive and open role in this new phase, working with our Chinese counterparts, not just to compete for space, but to build our space in an inclusive way so that everyone can have access to what they need.

If the concept of competition is not properly criticized, it will turn us into individualists and make us lose sight of the common good. So I would like to invite all of you to think about a harmonious and truly prosperous future for the new energy industry. In this future world, we can share the fruits of our labor, realize and pursue leading-edge technology, new energy brings a better life, and all parties should obtain the necessary benefits of profound change.  

We will make a famous business card for China lithium equipment, such as made in Japan, made in Germany, as made in China. We will print the first one label for China's new energy vehicles, new energy batteries, new energy materials, new energy equipment.

In the afternoon of the same day, in the "Advanced Battery Technology and Application" forum, Dr. Du, Director of Lyric Research Institute, gave a wonderful speech on the topic of "Solid-state Battery Process Analysis and Line Equipment", which provided an in-depth analysis of the key technologies of solid-state battery manufacturing and its solutions.

Dr. Du introduced in detail Lyric's innovative technology solutions in the field of solid-state battery manufacturing, including the whole process coverage from the experimental line to the pilot line. Especially for the dry electrode technology, Lyric has overcome the problems of material uniformity and consistency, and independently developed the core equipment, which has significantly enhanced the electrode performance. Lyric's electrode calendaring and electrolyte thermal compounding machine integrates a number of functions, which not only improves the battery energy density, charging and discharging efficiency and cycle life, but also ensures the uniformity and tightness of the electrolyte layer and enhances the ionic conductivity. In addition, Lyric has also introduced integrated frame printing and stacking machines as well as high-efficiency high-voltage formation and grading machine, all of which meet the high standards of mass production while emphasizing on safety and protection design.

In the afternoon on November 19th, during the new technology/new product conference, Dr. Du of Lyric, with the theme of "Intelligent Manufacturing for a Zero-Carbon Future", comprehensively demonstrated Lyric's innovations in various fields such as liquid battery equipment, solid-state battery equipment, laser equipment, automotive parts, intelligent warehouse and Haikui manufacturing, etc.

The summit has built a valuable communication platform for new energy enterprises such as Lyric, promoting knowledge sharing and technology innovation. Looking ahead, Lyric will continue to adhere to the concept of ‘Zero-Carbon Future through Intelligent Manufacturing’, deepen the industrial layout, increase the investment in the field of intelligent manufacturing, promote the domestic equipment to the world, and aspire to be the world's leading manufacturer of intelligent equipment, as well as continue to explore the new heights of the manufacturing of intelligent equipment.
